PEACHES 'N' CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained; save juice
Scant 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (4 3/4 oz.) reg. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Cinnamon sugar

Cream and set aside cream cheese, 3 + tablespoons peach juice and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients except egg, milk and cinnamon sugar; add egg and milk. Pour this mixture into buttered 10 inch pie plate.

Arrange peach slices over batter. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches, covering them. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (filling will appear soft). Delicious eaten warm, but can be made ahead. Must be stored in the refrigerator.
