PEACHES 'N CREAM CHEESECAKE #1 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg, and milk into a large mixer bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9- inch deep dish. Drain peaches (reserving juice) and place over batter.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 teaspoons peach juice in a small mixer bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon mixture onto batter to within 1-inch of the edge.

Combine 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in refrigerator. Serves 6-8.
