PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)

Pour into greased 9 inch round cake pan.

1 (15-20 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained (reserve juice)

Place peaches over batter.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. reserved peach juice

Combine and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon cream cheese batter to within 1 inch of edge of other batter in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cinnamon sugar = 1 tablespoon sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
