PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
STEP 1:
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9 inch deep pie dish.

STEP 2:
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)

Place sliced peaches over batter to 1/2 inch from edge of dish.

STEP 3:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. juice

Cream ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon over fruit. Combine 1 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
