HOT APPLE-CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. washed cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

In an 8 to 10 inch Pyrex casserole dish. Mix together apples, cranberries, and sugar. Cover with a mixture of oats, brown sugar, and nuts. Cut pats of butter to dot over top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
