CRANBERRY - APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello strawberry or mixed fruit gelatin
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 c. finely chopped apples

Dissolve Jello gelatin and salt in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce with fork. Add to gelatin mixture. Chill until very thick. Fold in apples. Pour into 4 cup mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes about 4 cups or 6 to 8 servings.
