CRANBERRY APPLE MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 tart med. apples, finely chopped
1 orange, finely chopped
2 tbsp. grated orange zest
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool and stir in other ingredients. Pour in 1 large mold or 6 small molds. Serves 10-12.
