APPLE CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 orange
2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 envelopes gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
1 c. diced celery

Soak gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water 5 minutes. Pour in boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, orange, celery, applesauce and cranberries. Chill until jelled.
