APPLE JUICE SALAD 
4 c. apple juice
2 pkgs. (6 oz.) lemon gelatin
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Heat apple juice to boiling. Stir in gelatin until completely melted. Chill until thickened as unbeaten egg whites. Stir in oranges, pecans and pineapple. Chill in molds or in square pans. Two sliced bananas can be added.
