2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. chilled apples
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. celery slices
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Miracle Whip salad dressing
Lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until partially set. Fold in applesauce. Pour into 4 1/2 cup ring mold; chill until firm. Combine apples, celery, nuts and enough salad dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Chill. Unmold gelatin, surround with lettuce. Spoon apple mixture into center of mold. Serves 8.
