MOMS CRISP DILL PICKLES 
4 quarts water
1 quart vinegar
1 cup canning salt
1 1/2 tsp. alum

Soak real small cucumbers in ice water in a cooler over night.

Put 1 head of Dill in each Quart jar. 2 joes garlic and tsp. pickling spice.

Pour the boiling water over these quart jars of cucumbers. Process in very hot water, just steam until the green color is gone. DO NOT BOIL.
