SAUSAGE CRESCENT BITES 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
3 eggs
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper

Line the bottom of 2 pans, each 13x9 inch with crescent roll dough from 2 packages of rolls.

In a skillet, brown the sausages. Drain. Beat eggs lightly, reserving 3 tablespoons beaten egg. Mix eggs with sausage and spread over the dough in the two pans. Sprinkle cheese and seasonings over sausage mixture. Cover with a layer of crescent roll dough from remaining 2 packages. Brush with reserved egg. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Cut into squares or bars and serve warm or at room temperature. (Can cut this recipe in half.)
