SAUSAGE CRESCENT ROLLS 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. hot sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg

Cook and crumble sausage; drain well. Spread one can of rolls in 9"x13" pan. Spread sausage over rolls. Beat egg and add to cheese. Pour over sausage. Spread other can of rolls over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
