SMOKY SAUSAGE CRESCENTS | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls 1 (5 oz.) pkg. (16) sm. smoked sausage links Soften cream cheese. In mixer bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer about 2 minutes. Add mustard and horseradish; beat until fluffy. Separate roll dough into triangles; cut each triangle in half to make 16 smaller triangles. Spread the first 2 inches of base of each triangle with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture; add a sausage. Beginning with base, roll dough around the sausage. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 16. |
