3 cans refrigerator Crescent rolls (Pillsbury) 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Jimmy Dean "sage" sausage (cook and crumble) 3/4 (16 oz.) bag grated cheddar or shredded Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: eggs (cooked and scrambled) carrots broccoli cauliflower any vegetable that you like Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a cookie sheet - a large one works best. Open up Crescent rolls and lay them out on cookie sheet covering the whole bottom to form a crust. They can be on the sides of cookie sheet a little (remember they puff up). Bake at 350°F till golden brown. Remove from oven. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Ranch dressing mix. Spread the mixture on the baked Crescent rolls then add the following ingredients on top: crumbled cooked sausage, any vegetables you like and/or eggs too. Top with cheese. Put back in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes. Remove, cut into squares and enjoy! Submitted by: Joyce Wholf |
