NEXT RECIPE:  HONEY BARBECUE WINGS

GEORGIA'S APPETIZER
Baguette Bread
White Onion
Parmesan Cheese (Bottled Kraft)
Mayonnaise

Set oven to BROIL.

Cut bread into 1/4 inch slices. Mix together equal parts (your choice of how much) of the onion, mayonnaise, and Parmesan Cheese in a mixing bowl and mix by hand.

Spread mix on bread slices liberally and put in oven until golden brown. It won't take long, so WATCH THEM CLOSELY! Do not leave them!

Serve them up hot, and watch your guests go crazy over them! This was my favorite recipe when my mom was alive. ENJOY!!

Absolutely Delicious!!! I will never again just make garlic bread. The only tweak that I would make would be to add garlic to the mix(the Chef's preference of garlic delivery method allowed IE: crushed, powdered, roasted, minced - you get the drift.

I just ran across this recipe on-line... My sister requested I make this for her party. It was my mom's 'Go-To' recipe back in the day, when she hosted cocktail parties. She used to slice the onions, and it was always hard to get them to stay on the bread perfectly. I will try and dice them up and mix it all together this time.
