WHITE SAUCE: 2 or 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk Velveeta cheese Use 8 to 10 potatoes. Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour. Add milk; stir until thick. Add cheese to own desire; let melt. Slice potatoes. Layer potatoes and cheese mixture until all is used into greased dish; salt potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done. Remove lid and let brown. |
