BREAD DRESSING 
16 qts. dry bread cubes
2 1/2 c. onion
2 lbs. melted butter
9 tsp. sage
4 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. sugar
3 qts. broth

Mix all together. Add chicken broth according to dryness. Cover with foil. Bake slowly in buttered pans for an hour or more.
