2 c. self rising meal
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Sage, salt & pepper to taste

Mix and bake in large, long pan about 30 minutes at 475 degrees. Cool and crumble. Add chicken broth and chicken and bake until hot through.
