LINGUINI AND CLAMS 
12 oz. fresh linguini
1/4 c. olive oil
3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. fresh parsley
3 cans chopped clams, drained, save juice
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. each basil, oregano
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in hot oil. Add parsley, then drained clams. Saute 1 minute. Add wine, clam juice, basil, oregano, black pepper. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cook linguini al dente. Drain. Add sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
