WHITE CLAM SAUCE OVER LINGUINI 
2 bottles Progresso clam juice
2 cans Progresso minced clams
1 stick sweet butter
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 or 4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 lb. linguini or fettucini

Melt butter and saute garlic, add wine, clam juice, clams and cheese, then let come to a light boil. Then add parsley and bread crumbs. Let boil lightly for approximately 15 minutes. Keep on low heat until ready to serve, no more than 30 minutes or shut off until you are ready.

After linguini is ready pour mixture over it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and if you want even a little twist of lemon.
