LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/3 c. olive oil or more
4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bottles of clam juice "Snow's brand"
2 cans (10 oz.) each whole baby clams
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
A pinch of crushed red pepper
1 lb. linguini
4 to 5 fresh basil leaves
1/3 c. chopped parsley

Heat oil, brown garlic, when golden add clam juice and seasonings. Cook about 10 minutes. Add whole clams and heat 5 minutes. Last 2 minutes add basil and parsley.

Cook linguini according to package directions. Drain, put in deep platter and put in a little clam juice. Mix it in and pour rest on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
