LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/3 c. olive oil
6 cloves minced garlic
2-3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 cans chopped clams
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. linguini

Saute garlic and parsley in oil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add clam juice and simmer another 5 minutes. When linguini is about 2 minutes from being done, add clams to sauce. Pour sauce over linguini immediately. Do not over cook clams, they become tough. Serves 4.
