CHIPPED BEEF AU GRATIN 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
13 oz. jar chipped beef
1 cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Cook spinach and drain well. Place in bottom of 1 quart casserole. Divide beef, placing half on top of spinach. Mix milk and soup and pour half over beef. Place remainder of beef on top of soup, add rest of soup and sprinkle cheese on top of that. Bake 20-30 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees.
