COCONUT MACAROON PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flake coconut

Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored. Add butter and flour. Blend well. Add milk. Fold in 1 cup coconut. Pour in 8-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup coconut over the top. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
