MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well with spoon. Put in greased and floured sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix with mixer. Put on cake while hot.
