BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
2 c. sifted flour
1 pt. blueberries
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg
Milk

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons flour over berries. To the rest of the flour, add salt, baking powder and sugar. Add butter and with fingertips work it into flour to make the finest possible crumbs. Break egg into measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup. Pour into dry ingredients. Add berries and fold together to mix well but do not beat hard. Drop dough into generously buttered cupcake pans, filling about 2/3 full. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 25 minutes.
