HANKY PANKS 
2 loaves sm. rye bread
1 lb. Jimmie Dean hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion

Brown meat. Drain off fat. Add spices and Worcestershire, onion and cheese. Let cheese melt into mixture. Then spread on small round rye crackers. Broil 3-4 minutes under broiler until cheese is bubbly.

You may put them on a cookie sheet and freeze before putting them in broiler. Place in freezer bags. Then take out however many you need and broil for 3-4 minutes.
