CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
6 chicken breasts
1 onion
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. can bean sprouts
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Rice Chow mein noodles

Steam chicken breasts in about two inches of water in a five quart pan. Saute onion; set aside. Remove chicken when tender. Add water, bouillon cubes, and enough flour to make two quarts of gravy. Add soy sauce to taste. Debone chicken and add to gravy. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice and chow mein noodles.
