MAPLE APPLE CRISP 
1 qt. apples, sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water, approx.
1/4 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter

Layer apples in buttered casserole. Add water and maple syrup over apples; set aside. Melt butter and mix with dry ingredients. Crumble over apples and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
