BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cornflakes
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut flakes
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until completely blended. Add peanut butter, mixing well. Sift flour and sift again with baking powder and soda. Add dry mixture in thirds, beating and scraping bowl after each addition. Using a large spoon, stir in remaining ingredients mixing in and blending completely. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out dough. Bake in 350 degree oven for 13 to 14 minutes. Cool on rack.
