BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. each brown sugar & white sugar
1 lg. egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecan meal, put pecans in blender, mix well
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. quick oatmeal
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (opt.)
1/2 c. each raisins & coconut

Use ice cream scoop to put batter on cookie sheet, they will flatten, put 6 cookies on each sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes. These are large, chewy cookies.
