BREAKFAST RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. cooked long grain rice
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom

Combine all ingredients in 2-cup microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until creamy and thickened. Makes 1 serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
