BROCCOLI CASSEROLE LA MAISON 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey cut in slivers or sm. chunks (preferably, but not necessarily breast)
1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
1 can cream of mushroom condensed soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
Optional: 1 - 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles

Cook broccoli lightly and place in 13x9 casserole dish - optional (or place on the noodles, spread on bottom as first layer). Cover with chicken.

Combine soup with mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Cover with shredded cheese. Top with bread crumbs and dribble melted butter over crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees) for 30 minutes. Serves six.
