TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can turkey or chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles, cooked

Layer noodles in 9"x13" greased pan. Mix soups, mushrooms, water chestnuts, broth, mayo, green pepper and onion. Pour 1/2 of this over noodles. Next layer turkey. Next layer broccoli. Pour rest of mixture over this. Top with the cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
