CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers or saltine crumbs in melted butter
Cooked narrow noodles

Cook broccoli for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and mix with cut up chicken set aside. Mix 2 soups, mushrooms, sour cream and mayonnaise together. Fold in broccoli and chicken mixture. Grease a 10 x 13 x 2 pan and spread cooked noodles over bottom. Spread chicken, broccoli, soup mixture over noodles. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
