BROCCOLI O'BYRNE 
4 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. white American cheese
1 sm. pkg. yellow American cheese
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. garlic juice
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash paprika
Italian bread crumbs
Slivered almonds

Heat and blend soup, onion and garlic juices, butter, cayenne pepper and paprika. Butter casserole dish and layer broccoli and soup mixture. Edge top of mixture with alternating triangles of yellow and white American cheese. Sprinkle thin layer of Italian bread crumbs and slivered almonds. Bake at 325 degrees until it bubbles. Brown under broiler. Yield: approximately 10 servings.
