BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 broccoli, cut florets
1/2 lb. bacon
2/3 to 1 c. golden yellow raisins
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 c. sugar

Cut just tops of broccoli, fry bacon, crumble into pieces. Mix broccoli, raisins, onions and bacon. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over broccoli mixture, stir.

If you are not serving within 1 hour, do not put on mayonnaise mixture, it gets too soggy. Before you are ready to serve, mix and refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
