HAM-BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 ham slices
1/2 c. sour cream
Fresh steamed broccoli or frozen spears

Take broccoli spears, wrap piece of cheese around it, wrap ham around cheese and secure with a toothpick. Do this with 8 slices. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream with mustard and pour over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
