HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
12 slices white bread
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked ham
2 tsp. onion
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Remove crusts from bread, chop onion finely. Beat egg slightly. Grease 9"x13" pan. Partially cook broccoli; drain. Cut each slice of bread with a doughnut cutter. Fit scraps into prepared pan. Layer cheese, broccoli and ham over bread scraps. Sprinkle with onion. Arrange "doughnuts" on top. In medium bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Bake in a 325 degree oven, uncovered for 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut so each piece has a "doughnut" on top. Serves 12.
