CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISIN AND
OATMEAL COOKIES
 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
4 c. quick oats
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chocolate covered raisins

Cream butter and sugars, add lemon juice, vanilla and milk. Add oats, flour and baking soda. Blend well. Add chocolate covered raisins. Roll in balls by teaspoon. Flatten with sugar dipped glass on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 6-8 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
