ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
15 oz. ricotta cheese
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together eggs, cheeses and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into an 8" or 9" spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven but leave cake in oven for 2 more hours. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
