ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. ricotta cheese
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 shot glasses of annissette
6 tbsp. flour

Mix sugar, eggs and flour together. Add sour cream, softened cream cheese and ricotta to sugar mixture. Finally add annissette and vanilla. Place batter in buttered, floured springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
