1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Baker's coconut
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Drain potatoes. Mix sugar, butter and vanilla into potatoes. Take a ball of sweet potatoes. Put a marshmallow in middle. Roll in coconut and bake at 350°F until brown.
