WILD RICE PARTY CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked wild rice 1 c. cooked white rice 1 c. cooked crab meat 1 c. cooked shrimp 3 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. drained sliced mushrooms 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimiento, drained 1 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, covered. If it dries out, a small amount of milk or water may be mixed in. |
