SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 sm. box long grain wild rice
1 lb. sm. cooked shrimp
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 dashes of Tabasco
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook rice as directed using 2 cups water. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
