SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
Garlic
2 c. cooked rice
4 slices bread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. pimientos
16 oz. cooked shrimp

Saute the bell pepper, onions and garlic in butter. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
