SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. slightly undercooked shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 lb. lump crabmeat, coarsely shredded
2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted

Mix all of the above, place in a casserole dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs tossed in 6 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with rice and a green salad.
