WILD RICE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cooked white rice
1 c. blanched almonds, slivered
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. crab meat
2 c. shrimp
Seasonings to taste

Saute celery, onion and green pepper (also mushrooms, if using fresh). Mix vegetables with cooked rice. Add almonds, soup, crab meat, shrimp and seasonings. Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Put in greased casserole and place casserole in pan of water. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves: 12.
