SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
2/3 c. rice, cooked 2 lbs. seafood, any combination (shrimp, crab, scallops, clams, fish pieces) 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. English peas, drained well 3 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. buttered bread crumbs Combine rice, seafood, curry and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add peas, onion, pepper and celery. Toss and bake in 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
