SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. rice, cooked
2 lbs. seafood, any combination (shrimp, crab, scallops, clams, fish pieces)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. English peas, drained well
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Combine rice, seafood, curry and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add peas, onion, pepper and celery. Toss and bake in 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

You should note that the buttered bread crumbs are patted on the top of the casserole before baking. The onions, pepper, and celery should be lightly sauteed. I have made this recipe for 30 years and it is excellent
